Returns

Return Policy

PianosComplete.com values their customers and strives to treat them as we ourselves like to be treated. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items which are delivered damaged or have missing parts. We will also accept returns within 30 days of delivery if you feel you are not satisfied for any reason (item must be in original unused condition in original packaging) in which case there will be a 20% restocking fee. We will pay for return shipping only if a customer receives an item that is damaged or missing parts. If an item is returned for reasons other than having damage or missing parts, (for example, if the customer does not like the color of an item) the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Personalized or customized items such as piano covers or custom color piano benches and certain other special order products are non-returnable unless they have a factory defect or are damaged during shipping, in which case we will exchange the item for the same item upon return of the original which must be in "unused" condition. If you are not sure whether your item is a custom item, please contact us before you purchase.

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
  • Personalized or customized items as explained above (please note, when ordering piano benches, choosing a leg style or non-custom wood color does not constitute a customized item, and will be accepted for return according to the terms stated). However, on some piano benches, mixing colors between wood color and upholstery color constitutes a custom order and is only returnable if damaged in the factory or during delivery. Contact Us for details about mixing wood and upholstery colors.
  • Items not in their original condition. If an item is undamaged when a customer receives it, and then returned to Pianoscomplete.com with damage, we may issue a partial refund based on the amount of damage to the item.
  • Non-qualifying items cannot be returned for refund. Please do not return items if they do not meet the above conditions.

If you need to make a return, please contact customer service at: service@pianoscomplete.com. We will work hard to resolve any issue relating to customer satisfaction. If we cannot resolve an issue by offering alternatives and suggestions, we will issue any full or partial refund which may be due for items returned in undamaged original unused condition with original packaging.
