Pianoscomplete.com has warehouses throughout the United States, which helps us to provide fast transit to our many customers worldwide. Orders are processed upon receipt and will be filled the same day if received before 3pm EST. Orders received after 3pm EST will be filled the following day.  Orders received on weekends will be filled first thing monday morning. Items usually ship within 3-5 business days.  Custom or out of stock orders may take longer to ship. Items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), Fed Ex, or United Stated Postal Service (USPS) by ground or air.
